Core Values

Kingdom Focused

Luke 1:33, John 18:36-37, Ephesians 1:9-10,18-23, 1 Cor 15:24-28.

God is at work bringing all things in heaven and on earth under the rule and authority of Jesus Christ, that the Kingdom was “near” when Jesus came into the world and that the church has been called to continue the hope of this sovereign plan through Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Christ Centered

Colossians 1:15-20, John 18:36-37; Matt 22:34-40; 28:18-20; Act 1:8; Ro 10:14-17; 1 John 4:13-20; Luke 10:25-37; James 2:15-17; Mic. 6:8

All things were created by and for Christ and He holds all things together. We worship Him as King. He has commanded us to love God and love each other. He has commissioned us as His church to make Him known by making disciples of all nations. In striving toward Christ centeredness, we are motivated to love others because Christ first loved us. Compelled by the compassion of Christ, we will see and care for the needs of the whole person, loving unconditionally and giving of ourselves for others.

People Powered

Genesis 1-2; Rom 12; Ephesians 2:10, 4:1-15; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11; 1 Peter 4

God created us in His own image and thereby set us apart from the rest of His creation. We are the recipients of God's salvific grace through faith in Him and we are the chosen means for unveiling the Gospel. Because of this, we value the individuals who need the Gospel and those who make the Gospel known.

By grace, God has given believers both spiritual and natural gifts to use for His glory. Through these individually unique gifts we are able to worship God and serve all people in a passionate and unique way, through the Spirit’s strength. By using these gifts, we are able to function and work in the manner for which God has designed us. Because of this, we value new ideas generated in an environment of innovation.

Business Driven

Genesis 1-2; Prov 16:3; Mark 12:31; Luke 19:11-27; Rom 12:1-21; 1 Cor 10:31; Col 3:17,23-24

As God created us in His own image, he created us to work, create and steward the resources He created in order to add value to them. By adding value, we are capable of making fruit that meets the physical needs people. Managing God’s resources carefully and constructively for the glory of God and the benefit of others is the pinnacle of stewardship. Throughout history, through His servant’s godly character, God has consistently used commerce and the marketplace as a vehicle for His glory, to make Him known, to provide for the needs of His people, and to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pursuing commerce and the marketplace using our divine design and with Christ-like character, we image and glorify God and effectively steward His resources.
